I have seen their prices on the market anywhere from 10 million to 50 million and more, so it is safe to say there is no fair price.
So where do you get this item?
Loki drops it and below is the table of me killing Loki, trying to get the box and then trying to get the lucky wood from the box. Now you can judge how easy or difficult this is and therefore what the price of this item should be.

I have been told and and it seems true but the Omikuji Divination Box has a higher chance of getting lucky wood piece if you get the box from a quest Miltia Serestia - Serestia's Prophecy. You get 4 boxes from it and I have heard of more people getting a luck wood piece from those boxes then the box they get from Loki. Not sure why and maybe it's just a coisidence but maybe it's true I'm not sure I have never gotten one from eaither place.

All chests are random.
i got 2 woods from 8 Omikuji's today and 3 very good books.
And these were farmed from Loki.
Yes this was extremely lucky but still. Just want to eliminate the "gossip" Derek posted.
